Astrevo ("we", "us") builds a personal timing calendar from your birth details. Birth data is intimate information, and we treat it that way: we collect only what the product needs, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.
What we collect
- Birth details: your birth date, birth time (if known) and birthplace. These are the inputs your chart and calendar are calculated from.
- Your answers: first name and the preferences you share in the onboarding (such as your current focus), used to personalize your reading.
- Email address: used to deliver your results, sign you in, and send service messages about your purchase.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data: basic technical and funnel-step events that help us understand and improve the product.
- Advertising measurement: if you agree to it, we measure which of our ads led to a visit or a purchase. See below.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To see which ads actually work, we share a limited set of events with Meta: that a page was viewed, that an email was submitted, that a checkout was started, and that a purchase was completed, along with the plan and amount. Some of this is sent from your browser and some from our own servers, which is the same information either way.
Where this involves identifying you, it uses your email address in an irreversible hashed form, never the plain address, plus Meta's own cookie identifiers. We do this so we can measure our own advertising. We do not sell your data, and we do not hand your email to other companies to market their products to you.
In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland none of this runs until you accept it in the cookie banner, and declining is permanent until you change it. Elsewhere it runs by default and you can decline in the same banner. The measurement that keeps the product itself working is always on and carries no advertising identifiers.
How we use it
Your birth details feed a deterministic astrological calculation; the computed results (never the raw guesswork of an AI) are the basis of your calendar. We use AI only to phrase the already-computed results into readable guidance. We use your email only for the product itself: access links, purchase confirmation and your results. No spam, and we never share your email for marketing by others.

City and place search uses data from GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
Retention & your rights
We keep your data for as long as your account or purchase requires. You can request a copy of your data or full deletion at any time by emailing hello@astrevo.app. Deletion removes your birth profile, calendar and account.
